An Advocate at the Gauhati High Court, Narayan Dutt Bhuyan is a dedicated social activist and a conscientious citizen committed to establishing a transparent and accountable governance system. He currently serves as the President of the organization.
His primary mission is to bridge the gap between administration and the public to resolve societal issues and empower citizens by raising aw areness about their fundamental rights.
He utilizes the Right to Information (RTI) Act as a powerful tool to ensure transparency in government schemes, the utilization of public funds, and administrative processes. Through his strategic use of RTI applications, he actively works to curb corruption and promote institutional accountability.
Bijoy Kutum (Chief General Secretary)
Bijoy Kutum is a dedicated social activist known for his unwavering commitment to administrative transparency. As the General Secretary, he plays a pivotal role in managing the organization's core activities and driving its strategic initiatives.
He is widely recognized for his proactive approach in examining government documentation, raising critical questions, and fighting legal battles in the interest of the common citizen.
He is highly active in verifying the integrity of government operations through the Right to Information (RTI) Act, specifically concerning election expenditures, government tenders, and other public administrative works. When departments fail to provide timely or accurate information, he takes decisive action by filing Appeals to hold the administration accountable.
